I could not see the man's name on his name tag, but he had one of the dark colored uniforms on, was Hispanic, and had a thin beard. I told him that I was not kidding when I told him I was ready to go and waiting longer was not an option. This is the shop I was told to go to by the other persons insurance. The tire could not b repaired, and additionally one of the other tires was significantly worn so we paid for two new tires only as the remaining two were in good shape. Found a nail in my tire so I came to get it fixed (I got my tires brand new at Costco).
