After enjoying the latest version of the Daredevil story with Netflix's new series it seemed like a good time to revisit this 1993 origin reboot that Frank Miller did for the character. Let us know what’s wrong with this preview of How come Daredevil never gets the bad guy at the end? 1: Know Fear Daredevil: The Man Without Fear is a 1993 five-issue comic book miniseries starring Daredevil, written by Frank Miller, illustrated by John Romita Jr. and published by Marvel Comics. I did not give it five stars only because I found it difficult to read on a smartphone, comic books are laid out quite a bit differently then regular books, but I am sure most people don't have too much trouble with this. My monthly Comics Enthusiasts Meetup group is doing this volume because it's the definitive origin story upon which much of the Netflix series is based, and apparently the two volumes that precede this one are less necessary, or perhaps Frank Miller didn't do as much of the writing?Good but not great.
Franky Franky Franky;....this is your best work so far that I've read. The writing style was poetic, comprised almost entirely of short fragments that strung together into a story. Which I must commend Netflix for making such a faithful adaptation, but when you have Daredevil on the cover and not Matt Murodock, you expect to read a Daredevil story.

After watching the Netflix production of Daredevil I thought I would give the source material a look. Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. But I love how this book highlights Daredevil's position as Marvel's Batman figure: the dark, brooding hero with anger management issues and a passion for helping the common people.I still haven't read hardly any other Daredevil, nor seen season 1 of the new Netflix series.
