Not an easy read and definitely better read on the kindle version rather than via audible which I found harder to follow. It is engaging to peek into the psychology, both conscious and subconscious, of the underlying behavior patterns and choices made throughout life. It starts a bit slow but then after a couple of chapters it really picks up and unveils absolutely fascinating research on different levels of human consciousness.
