The food would be 5 stars but they could cook a steak well done. I enjoyed my recent trip here.

Would definitely revisit and recommend to friends and family. This is a mainstay on the Strip rotation. Owned and operated by renowned Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse. At Delmonico Steakhouse, in Las Vegas, all of our steak selections are Creekstone Farms; with the exception of the Piedmontese and Wagyu steaks. For the main course we split the Chateaubriand and the cut was really  nice and seasoned and came with a side of asparagus and Lebanese potatoes.

Delmonico Steakhouse features a steakhouse with a New Orleans-style twist. Some were closed so we decided on Delmonico's for the wedding dinner. The bartenders of The Cocktail Collective have consulted the stars for inspiration.

Checking if the steaks are halal certified.Hello!

We did get a side (charred Brussels sprouts) for the table and they were also cooked to perfection.

The steaks rock, especially the prime bone-in rib eye, which is dry aged on premises, and done perfectly at the right temperature, per your specification - excellent piece of meat. Kristen B., Business Owner9 months ago1 person found this helpful

The high hopes I had based on yelp were met with disappointment. The cappuccino was very good and was the excellent end cap to an extraordinary meal.Recently renovated, a good 10-years shaved off the venerable Restaurant Row destination, Delmonico has already withstood the test of time, but with mounting competition within the Venetian-Palazzo complex and across Las Vegas as whole the new look may just guarantee Emeril's Steakhouse another 20+ years. At the beginning of this current "Celebrity Chef" era there were few names on Emeril Lagasse's level, and although the Massachusetts native who made his name cooking in Louisiana has slowly faded from television his three Las Vegas Restaurants remain popular destinations with Delmonico Steakhouse having just celebrated its twentieth Birthday.Ask ten local 'foodies' to name their favorite Las Vegas Steakhouse and it would be surprising if a single one said Delmonico, and even more shocking if any of them knew that Chef Ronnie Rainwater had been working in that kitchen ever since the restaurant was opened nearly eighteen years ago, yet with family in town and a love of Emeril Lagasse dating back to the earliest days of his expansion to Universal CityWalk it only seemed right to sit down for dinner at the oft-overlooked space in Venetian's RR, a Tasting Menu showing that not only has the restaurant not lost its fast-ball, but that it has learned a few new tricks as wellLocated within Restaurant Row at The Venetian, and still flying the banner of Chef Emeril Lagasse under the direction of Ronnie Rainwater, it was at the behest of a friend that I returned to Delmonico Steakhouse on Saturday afternoon and having contacted the kitchen in advance to be sure some dinner selections could be ordered during lunch the meal that followed was the sort of experience that left me scratching my head wondering why I'd not sat down at the restaurant in more than a half-dozen years, let alone why the space does not get the accolades it most certainly deserves.See profile site for full review with formatted pics. How is try to hit up at least one Steakhouse when in Vegas I wanted to try them last time but didn't get a chance so got in there this time start off with your chips they're pretty good shrimp cocktail was little disappointed shrimp are pretty small 4 Steakhouse the ribeye was excellent cook perfectly great Tarn outside love the butter for dessert the banana cream pie was amazing I've never had one like this big piece of banana and the cake what's a not too sweet whipped cream and caramel sauce so good unfortunately there wasn't any seating in the restaurant we are sitting in the bar so you missed out on the Bananas Foster and the tableside Caesar salad which is stupid that they don't serve in there but whatever but the service was good our waiter was awesome what's on top of everything great explaining everything overall great experienceIt took one visit, and now I'm a huge fan of this restaurant.
