Occupying a grand and opulent setting within the Balmoral Hotel, Number One offers flawless service with excellent attention to detail, and plush refurbishment of the restaurant by Olga Polizzi. With its main entrance directly accesible from Princes Street you would be forgiven Number One was separate to the Balmoral hotel. Will it be too late to book and is the restaurant always packed? The tasting menu and accompanying wine flights were excellent as was the service and the expertise of the sommelier.
