31 out of 33 found this helpful. This is the best movie I have seen in many years, if you are willing to let go, and absorb into the story. (Not hard for me right now, since I’m still healing.) But Paddleton resides in the space between soundtrack cues, in a way that few others manage.

Easily one of my favorite movies about friendship and an incredibly realistic depiction of love between men. This was a film in all its simplicity,even though the theme of the story are pretty decent deadly serious. They live in small apartments one on top of the other. Hands down one of the best Netflix Original films, and one of the saddest movies I’ve ever seen. The movie is not about what happens in the end , it is about a journey and that person who walks that last path with you with you. Watch this movie for powerful performances by both these brilliant actors and a story that makes you think about some serious issues related to your own loved ones. Though it seemed to move slowly, as does life most of the time, it was a good story. This movie is like "Bucket List" but REAL LIFE version. Also, this is one of the movies where I really feel improvisation in a good way. Like going in you obviously know its going to make you cry and be sad but ooooffff I did not expect to be this heartbroken. Jeremy Ungar’s Ride brings to light, in one of the worst ways possible, It argues that buried between shots of a foreboding test result, tearful embrace, EKG flatlining, and shovel in the dirt, there are months (often years) of boring, joyous, ridiculous, silly life left to live.

You feel their quirks and understand them. How many friends have we drifted away from until we’ve simply lost touch? I don’t know why, but it’s very cathartic for me to feel and to cry. What I did know was that it included voice work from Sarah Chalke (Scrubs) and Cedric Zombies have been extremely popular for more than a decade now and pretty much every type of zombie flick you can think of has been made. The film takes us through the twists and turns of two middle-aged single friends from the point where they learn that one of them has a terminal illness.
