He is very close to his father Chas, and is usually the main target of Angelica's bullying. I recently watched all of the episodes and movies. But... as an adult and watching said episode of you listen to how Chuckie talks, it shows he does in fact have autism. There aren’t enough signs of autism to definitively say that. I noticed that he didn't talk too!
- Chuckie is pessimistic and scared easily, and at the first suggestion that he and the other babies should do something or go somewhere, he will always say, "Maybe this isn't such a good idea". He usually wears a watch on his right wrist. But I don't think Chuckie has that.
