This shining city in the clouds may be a beacon of hope for Remnant, but it casts a dark shadow… One is Weiss taking down her father in volume 7, which I think is 'convenient' and the other is Pyrrha tearing Penny apart in volume 3, which I think does it well.
But with a person like Robyn who has a Semblance, there's no real way that she herself can be objective. I mean, Weiss just CONVENIENTLY happened to come across her mother Willow who CONVENIENTLY happened to have hidden camera footage of Jacques and Watts talking about and planning felonies (which she did nothing to report to the authorities about) and CONVENIENTLY gives it to Weiss who can CONVENIENTLY use it to completely remove Jacques from all his authority. That's demonstrated to us.And it goes on. Anyone could reasonably make the claim that her Semblance isn't conclusive or that it could be manipulated depending on how Robyn feels about the person being lie detected on. He is arrogant enough to think no one in his family would have the audacity to spy on him.

Season 7 Episode 1 - Our heroes have finally made it to Atlas, but are they truly as safe as they’d hoped? No. Because none of the main characters actually worked towards or struggled to take Jacques down, in fact the answer was just simply given to them with no fuss or struggle, it just comes off as extremely lazy, rushed, and unearned.>pointing out how Weiss was literally given recordings by someone who would have easily went to the press about it herself.New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be castWelcome to a place where both fans and critics alike can share and discuss their constructive opinions on Roosterteeth's web series, RWBY!Press J to jump to the feed. Here I will each episode of Rwby Volume 7 individually as each comes out and I will after the last episode of volume 7 will give an overall opinion of the volumeSynopsis of this episode, everything just goes right for the heroes, making every villain a joke (you will see why)Positives: first is ummmm going both neutral as wellIronwood is told(along with other council members apparently) everything about Salem, she can't die, she controls Grimm, everythingHey, I mean Ironwood hasn't done a rash decision now so what was point of not trusting Ironwood if learns everything but doesn't do the rash decision?Oh and I told you all, we find out this waitress is Neo and both her and Cinder have been there, last scene makes me think they know where that winter maiden isWhitley, oh dear, after Jaques gets arrested (I will get to that) it shows Whitely seeing that and running upstairs with Willow just looking on at him.If ever wish to justify Whitely changing from snooty brat to "abused" victim or some shit, there better be a flashback or two showing itJaques, he was found out to have cheated the election and was arrested too soon, this felt rushed in the sense that it feels like they want to deal certain characters cause they be leaving Atlas soon, gotta keep that trend up. Jacques getting caught is not the issue. The "truth" could be whatever Robyn And honestly, I'm sure we can agree baout how lazy the whole subplot involving Jacques ended. Volume 7 is the seventh season of "RWBY". To better demonstrate it, I want to take two examples from RWBY. Neither would play that card on the other either since it can be thrown right back at them.
With a machine, it's objective and can't really discriminate against certain people. RWBY Review Volume 7 Episode 12 : No. - YouTube Jac-ass is working for the bad guys.
I don't believe they even wrote a script since that implies they put some thought into it when the video suggests the opposite.Plus, I'm sure one could make the easy argument that Robyn's Semblance is unreliable because of bias or an inability to be objective. Okay when we rewatch volume 7 from beginning to end, you realize the whole not trusting Ironwood arc(which is why it's neutral as well) and the Jauque election arc where pointless, so I feel like they wasted my time with these storylinesHey we got a scene between Oscar and Ruby, oh fuck. The reason I say oh fuck, it is a scene to be taken not seriously butIt's going to turned into a shipping scene by the fanatics, once that happens I will begging for the pro Lindsay Jones(she is all for it) ship of Nuts and Dolts(Penny x Ruby) cause at least makes more sense than Rose Garden off one scene!
