Pathway Lending, a US Treasury certified community development financial institution, oversees the $33 million revolving loan fund. Once installed, the improved lighting had a profound impact on employees – on their physical, physiological, and psychological well-being, affecting their overall performance.
OEP oversees the State’s involvement with the Pathway Lending Energy Efficiency Loan Program (EELP). Local government entities are currently eligible to receive up to six years of financing at a 2% interest rate for qualified energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
