amazing service Bought off here a couple weeks ago after looking for a jacket off topshop which they no longer sold. Zalando Reviews Zalando UK attracts mixed reviews, with a 7.3 Trustpilot rating. Packaging slightly damaged, probably in transit. Never again shall I use this company, should have took notice of the reviews.

My order arrived swiftly, well packaged and with a returns note if needed. Zalando failed to provide correct address details to the courier, DHL. Now I am waiting to receive my money and if I don’t receive next few days I will contact trading standard to resolve that and I encourage everybody who have same situation please do complain to trading standards so Zalando can provide better customer service than it does.
