I'm not super tall or anything (6'1) but it's a great chair that's held up well for the 2 or 3 years Ive had. The back rest is too short. Or you can recline back an uncomfortable 45 degrees. Hope this helps put to rest any talk of the headrest being non-adjustable re: it's height. You could get an executive chair that is 100 times more comfortable for $60 less.
